What operating system are you using? Have you tested LibreOffice 4.4?
It would help QA to get an example document for the scrolling issue as an
attachment here.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the document and
information.

A similar problem happens if I enter text faster than the screen can refresh:
when I stop typing there is a redraw event for each character individually
which takes some time to catch up with. These redraws should happen as a single
event.
