No, no problem with LO 5.2.4.2 Portable running at the same time as LO 5.3.0.2
installed.

Under Win XP/SP3 :
- scenario 3 : OK for me
- scenario 4 : OK for me

Remark : under XP, I can't close LO 5.1.1.3 with File > Exit LibreOffice. Exit
OKwhen clicking on (X).

I have not tested with X-LibreOffice 5.0.4.2 Portable. I've not found where I
can download this version.

In scenario 3 and scenario 4, with  X-LibreOffice 4.4.7.2 Portable, I've no
problem under Win7/x86. The two instances of LibreOffice run simultaneously.

LibreOffice 5.1.1.3 is running
Open X-LibreOffice 5.0.4.2 Portable
Result X-LibreOffice 5.0.4.2 Portable crashes with SEH EXCEPTION: ACCESS
VIOLATION

Scenario 2
X-LibreOffice 5.0.4.2 Portable is running
Open LibreOffice 5.1.1.3
Result LibreOffice 5.1.1.3 always locks on splash screen

Scenario 3
LibreOffice 5.1.1.3 is running
Open X-LibreOffice 4.4.7.2 Portable
Result X-LibreOffice 4.4.7.2 Portable offers Document recovery of zero
documents. Pressing OK retarts X-LibreOffice 4.4.7.2 correctly but LibreOffice
5.1.1.3 crashes with SEH EXCEPTION: ACCESS VIOLATION

Scenario 4
X-LibreOffice 4.4.7.2 Portable is running
Open LibreOffice 5.1.1.3
Result LibreOffice 5.1.1.3 locks on splash screen on the first run and crashes

Still happens with 5.0.0.2 under Windows XP Pro x86 SP3

I tried a profile reset and it still crashes with the same error message.

Searching for SEH Exception showed this (among other solutions)
