Hello!

I managed to survive with this issue by switching on captions. It is not nice
looking, but pointing to the format selection button is much easier.

By default we do not show the caption on toolbar buttons [1]. So why here? The
function can be accessed per double click, context menu, and toolbar. Plenty of
options. The issue will be solved with the extended toolbar (aka notebookbar),
eventually.

'Format Selection' used to be a text button and now its has changed to an icon
button. The icon button is the same size as any icon button on a toolbar that
users click, so i'm not sure that the situation has become less convenient.
