It turned out that in LibreOffice 5.0 the window height can not be adjusted to less than 572 pixels. Using Kubuntu you can switch between the netbook GUI and the default desktop after installation. The GUIs LO 4.4.5 and LO 5 don't differ recognizably to me. If we have bumped-up the min supported resolution, we should update the System Requirements page as well. If they don't support it, then perhaps it's moot.. The problem did NOT occur.
