Resizing table cells now works nicely thanks to Tomaž Vajngerl's work.

Resizing the whole table is still not supported in a convenient way.

The pointer does change when the mouse moves over a row or column edge.

Now coming to the main problem, while digging through the code to find the
correct LOK API to accomplish this, it seems to me that such an LOK API is not
exposed yet. I tried re-sizing the row/column size using setTextSelection and
setGraphicSelection LOK APIs but as I suspected they don't do what we really
want to do here.
