Problematic xml file

The .xls was in fact an .xml. So the wrong file extension is throwing
LibreOffice off now.
In older versions, even the .xml gives General error. Now it opens, but does
not show all the contents.

No error while opening xls-file. Tested in versions 6.1.1.2 and 6.1.3.2.
But, when file is open, there is no data on the sheet.

3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword
