The problem of editing the text in slide 2 was reproducible with LO 7.4:
Version: 7.4.0.3 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: f85e47c08ddd19c015c0114a68350214f7066f5a
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: fa-IR (fa_IR); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

But it is not reproducible now with the latest LO 7.6 dev master:
Version: 7.6.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 2478d4b1a4cec495f1bf68f1e62c01031cdeec86
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: fa-IR (fa_IR); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

The text editing is smooth now. You can see that by double clicking the text on
slide 2. Now, the editing text box is no longer vertical; its size is normal
while editing.

So, I'm closing this bug as WORKSFORME.

The problem with slide 16 is slightly better now. The text is visible, but the
position of the text boxes are not correct. This is a separate issue, and I
think it would be better to track that in another issue.

To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today,
LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed
bugs which have not been touched for over a year.

If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a
REGRESSION. To do so:
1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your
bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from
https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

2. Test your bug
3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword

I see the problem on slide 2 still in Version: 6.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

It is "Vertical Chevron List" SmartArt.

Slide 16 has a SmartArt too. That one seems to be OK now.
