The filter detection in oox/source/core/filterdetect.cxx tries to parse the
stream in "_rels/.rels" but cannot open it ("_rels" )

aParser.parseStream( aZipStorage, "_rels/.rels" );

Unzipping + rezipping the docx fixes the problem.
