I see H has rows with OK up to row 117. > Do you mean we have to delete these OKs and see, how the printing behaves in > relation to columns F and G, which have formulas? This bug is about the PDF created by exporting. You would need to export (a sufficiently large part of the sheet) to PDF and open the created file i a pdf-viewer to see the bug. Since the example attached by the reporter is huge and its relation to the problem is unclear, I would suggest you look into the sheet attached to https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/preserving-conditional-formatting-results-when-pasting-outside-of-libreoffice/68006, and export it (say sheet no 3) to PDF. Check rows 35 and down the odd rows to see the effect in a pdf reader. Your suggestion in comment #5 > Ok.. you have Options - Calc - View - Display - Zero values disabled for the > document, so it isn't showing the 0s. The evil settinng >Tools>Options>LibreOffice Calc>View>>Display>>>Zero values isn't a soulution for, but the cause of related problems. Since there is no hope that the option itself will be completely abandoned, a fix for this bug should actually be brought on the way. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 103322] Use floating point for glyph positioning in VCL
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103322 --- Comment #37 from gibt...@gmx.de --- I noticed that using FreeType and HarfBuzz in OpenCV, it is possible to write strings with integer precision to images that look absolutely fine. Still, the whole string is put as a whole to the image, please refer to the OpenCV documentation for or details: https://docs.opencv.org/3.4/d9/dfa/classcv_1_1freetype_1_1FreeType2.html Thus I thought that the reason for this ugly rendering might simply be that LibreOffice splits the whole strings into individual characters that are written individually? For example, instead of writing "Hello world!" as a whole, LibreOffice puts all chars/glyphs "H", "e", "l", "l", "o", etc. one after another and recalculates the glyph position every time again in integer arithmetic only? Even if the latter was replaced by floats, I don't know if this even fixes the problem if HarfBuzz still uses integers for the initial rendering of the string... I don't know LibreOffice's code, still if FreeType / HarfBuzz is used correctly, rounding issues coming from integer instead of floating point accuracy should only influence the initial position of the string (i.e. a whole line of text), but not between characters / words. The outline of the formula bar is not present, so the formula bar is almost hidden in the background. And besides: it looks odd compared to the rest of the lay-out. The rolldown menu's around the formula bar has outlines, the formula bar has not. This issue is present on all OS's I run (multiple Linux distro's and Windows 10 also). (the only solution to this is: cut text out and paste without formatting). Steps to Reproduce: 1. have a para with text, para style only 2. hilite a word, type oper it Actual Results: in style inspector, you will see character direct formatting having values. when that paragraph is re-styled to some other values, these word(s) stick out, because they retain the direct formatting. "char locale" cannot be cleared anymore. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 144454] New: In versions of LO Writer 6 and higher as tested it is not possible to select and edit, or copy and paste from collected words in the word completion list box at me
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144454 Bug ID: 144454 Summary: In versions of LO Writer 6 and higher as tested it is not possible to select and edit, or copy and paste from collected words in the word completion list box at menu: Tools | Auto-correct | Auto-correct Options | Word Completion. Product: LibreOffice Version: 6.3.0.4 release Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Mac OS X (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: allen.e.rad...@protonmail.ch Description: Issue: loss of function of a previous version of LibreOffice. Pointing to: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/121914 In versions of LO 6 and higher as tested (see below) it is not possible to select and edit, or copy and paste from collected words in the word completion list box at menu: Tools | Auto-correct | Auto-correct Options | Word Completion. A functional practice in LO Writer version 5 has changed to non-functional in LO Writer versions 6 and higher: • The copy function Command+a, Command+c (or right-mouseclick--copy) is unresponsive and does not work to select and copy an entire list from the word completion list box to the clipboard. • The copy function Command+c (or right-mouseclick--copy) also is unresponsive and does not work to select and copy a single word from the word completion list box to the clipboard. • Using Command+c to copy a selection from the word completion list box, the clipboard buffer is empty when attempting to paste (using Command+v) the selection into an existing or new file (e.g., LO_WrdCmpltn_Ver_ SomeNumber_A-Z.odt). Steps to Reproduce: Use menu: Tools | Auto-correct | Auto-correct Options | Word Completion - 1 Open existing working documents from which new words are to be collected and placed in the word completion list box. 2 Scroll through open existing working documents to collect words; close documents. 3 Using menu: Tools | Auto-correct | Auto-correct Options | Word Completion check the word completion list box for collected words. 4 In the word completion list box: use Command+a, Command+c (or right-mouseclick--copy) to copy the complete list to clipboard --> This function fails. 5 Paste the complete list from the clipboard into a new or existing master file, (e.g., LO_WrdCmpltn_Ver_ SomeNumber_A-Z.odt) --> This is not possible; copy function will not execute to put a word(s) into the clipboard buffer. Actual Results: Observed/actual behavior: 1 In versions of LO 6 and higher as tested (see below) it is not possible to select, copy and paste from collected words in the word completion list box at menu: Tools | Auto-correct | Auto-correct Options | Word Completion. 2 Using keystroke combination Command+a, Command+c (or right-mouseclick--copy) in the word completion list box are inoperative. 3 In the word completion list box -- only one word will highlight (can be selected) at a time. 4it is not possible to select and copy any--one or more--words to the clipboard. Issue applies to LO versions (build numbers in parentheses) tested as: • Version: 6.3.0.4 (057fc023c990d676a43019934386b85b21a9ee99) on High Sierra 10.13.6 on a MacBook Pro mid-2010, • Version: 6.4.4.2 (9a9c6381e3f7a62afc1329bd359cc48accb6435b) on Catalina 10.15.7 on a MacBook Air mid-2012 , and • Version: 6.4.4.2 (3d775be2011f3886db32dfd395a6a6d1ca2630ff) on Catalina 10.15.7 on a Mac Mini late-2012, • Versions (all on Big Sur 11.5.2 on a Mac Mini 2018): ⁃ 6.4.5.2 (a726b36747cf2001e06b58ad5db1aa3a9a1872d6), ⁃ 7.1.0.2 (53d68d29d90fd16448721a60aad68c28ff0809f5), ⁃ 7.1.5.2 (85f04e9f809797b8199d13c421bd8a2b025d52b5), ⁃ 7.2.0.2 (9a9c6381e3f7a62afc1329bd359cc48accb6435b), • Version: 7.2.0.2 (9a9c6381e3f7a62afc1329bd359cc48accb6435b) on Big Sur 11.5.2 on a MacBook Air (M1/Apple Silicon 2020), • Version: 7.1.5.2 on Ubuntu Pkg 20.04.1 (build 1:7.1.5.2_rc2-0ubuntu0.20.04.1˜lo1) on a Lenovo x220. This was a totally clean, fresh OS install -- no extensions, no add-ons, no bells, no whistles. Expected Results: Expected behavior: Use menu: Tools | Auto-correct | Auto-correct Options | Word Completion - 1 Open existing working documents from which new words are to be collected and placed in the word completion list box. 2 Scroll through open existing working documents to collect words; close documents. 3 Using menu: Tools | Auto-correct | Auto-correct Options |

In this case it's not a *corrupted* user profile, but it's still related to user profile (or more specifically, the remembered CSV import options), therefore other people testing with a fresh user profile could not reproduce. You've likely encountered a real bug, but one that only happens for non-default setting, therefore wasn't discovered in the testing process until now. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
