[Libreoffice-qa] L10n of Florian's Windows installer

2013-08-27 Thread Sophie

Hi all,

Florian Reisinger has developed a Windows installer which performs a
parallel installation of LibreOffice on Windows without using the
command line. This is really useful for Windows testers or even for
those who use several versions.

You can find more information here :
http://flosmind.wordpress.com/libreoffice-server-install-gui/
There is currently some localizations for the installer : da - es - fr -
he - nl - pt - sl. There is a hundred of strings, some very short.

If you're interested to add your language, please send a mail here or on
the qa@ list (in copy of this mail). Thanks!

Cheers

Hi Tommy,

The easiest way would be to send me a email with your Google Account E-Mail (as

Thanks for translating. Will be especially nice, because of the conference in

Do you also want to translate the help?

I think there are even instructions somewhere although when i just had a

you don't have to do that 2nd part anymore. It's just the help packages to

So, don't worry too much about the PPAs but if reasonably possible please get

in a sequence of frequent bugfix release for our feature-packed 4.1
line. Please be aware that LibreOffice 4.1.1 RC2 is not been flagged as ready
for production use yet, you should continue to use LibreOffice 4.1.0 for that.

The release is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X from our QA
 builds download page at

And Ubuntu 13.10 (saucy) users find a build in these PPAs:

worth the time to set up.

 Bjoern - Thoughts here?

Sounds great, somebody volunteering to do that?

I don't have a windows dev/test box readily available right now, but I
don't see any immediate hurdles to creating the repo on another OS.
Tommy -- could you do some testing if I take a crack at creating a
repo?

 After the gerrit migration, I
should be able to set that repo up directly on gerrit.libreoffice.org.

+1

I'll see about sticking the repo on a test server for now.

So Florian, could you add Galician, Italian and Lao to the Gdrive document

@All: you need a gmail account for Florian to share the spreadsheet with

us know and we will send the spreadsheet directly.

And thanks a lot to all!

It would really help you manage translation workflow if you just

If this is spreadsheet based, using csv2po and po2csv might be needed.

Year, it is spreadsheet based... I will post the link to it in the next mail :)
