No you didn't miss anything, but sometimes we may write too short for people not used to :) I was often using HC2 for Help Content 2 as it was in the OOo times, and realized that nobody understood me ;) You are right now we use OLH for OnLine Help which is the one distributed along the product, and wikihelp for the help on the wiki. This is just a proof that things are not so obvious: apparently you guys call Online help to the chm file, which is what I call Offline help (since it's the only help you can use when you are Offline i.e. not connected to the internet)... For me (and for Microsoft) Online help is what you get when you are connected and you make a query to the online knowledge base... (which apparently you call wikihelp) And even if I'm not a noob, I'm not in the QA team so bare with me, ok?
