[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 99618] F5 / Menu opens new Navigator when using sidebar
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99618 --- Comment #18 from Yousuf Philips (jay)--- (In reply to V Stuart Foote from comment #11) > The correct way to fix this is implementing 85905 > > @Samuel? What Samuel said in bug 73151 comment 33: "Being able to pull out elements from the sidebar is a long-term goal. It will take some time to implement and is definitely too big for me. So we try to make the best out of the current situation." I've added the issue to be discussed at this week's design meeting, along with having the navigator window docked by default (bug 81902), as Samuel closed it thinking that there wouldnt be a navigator window anymore. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-ux-advise mailing list Libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-ux-advise

[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 103574] Imagemap dialog lacks on confirmation button
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103574 --- Comment #4 from V Stuart Foote--- Well it raises an interesting question--is the project responsible for providing GUI elements that an OS and DE removes? Guess we do it for OS X so why not each Desktop flavor for Linux? Otherwise adding the _additional_ button widget for close/cancel to each dialog is intrusive, since the frame decoration already has the button and when ommitted by the DE the short-cut performs the function anyhow. [Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 45028] label of connector gets written through line
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45028 --- Comment #31 from Hans Deragon--- This problem occurs with a fresh, newly created document. It is not related with importing a document. This is what makes this bug so sad... You draw a simple diagram with two objects and one connector, add text to the connector and voilà; this bug shows up. Marketing wise, it kills selling LibreOffice. This should be fixed, fast. That said, I'd not do that through toolbars, but add some regular button to the bottom of the dialog ... but different people can have different opinions on this. Thus, confirmed. Yes, opening the 'Advanced' options page causes a list of all installed Java runtimes to be obtained (and displays the selected one, if any, with a pressed radio button), but doesn't itself cause a Java runtime to be selected automatically.
