Instead, it lists some *guessed* languages, that *might* fit one's needs in a specific text, but generally would often create surprise. Answering myself: Benefit of =GETPIVOTDATA("";A1) over =A1 is clearly to
keep the value even when the table changes. Plus, it educates the users to use
the right functions.
So let's do it.

Don't see how we can solve it. If we talk about Writer tables, example in comment 5 after rotating to portrait, I'd say the dialog offers sufficient means to change the table width.
