[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 56301] Allow user to edit document with Insert Special Characters open
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56301 --- Comment #5 from Heiko Tietze--- The special character was discussed together with a toolbar feature here http://user-prompt.com/de/libreoffice-design-session-special-character/ Making the dialog amodal is not a good solution. Feature-wise it might work but not when consistency and familiarity is relevant. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-ux-advise mailing list Libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-ux-advise

Can the Special Character dialog be adjusted to remain open but not linked to the edit cursor on the document canvas? Then reread edit cursor location when activated with a character pick? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-ux-advise mailing list Libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-ux-advise
