Please add the keyword needsUXEval along with CC ux-advice@ - and a question
for the UX people. Don't see an open question here.

So most logic would be to have:
- F12linked toNumbering 123
- Shft-F12   linked toBullet ●

Interesting idea. Could you please file a separate issue for that?
