This command moves the whole chapter up/down. Missing the customization for this but it likely has been requested and is in planning. Ctrl+Alt+up/down moves just the paragraph. There is some work ongoing in bug 135373. Wouldn't change the keyboard assignment to just Ctrl+up/down since this command jumps to the next paragraph - and the command is customizable. So they can already be reassigned if needed when conflicting with OS or DE assignments. I just verified they do work correctly for Windows installs. Where in Writer, make a list as individual paragraphs, then select just one... ++ does move the item up, ++ moves the item down the list. Paragraphs with line breaks, and wrapped multiline paragraphs also move when selected. As do multiple selected paragraphs. So is all is correct in LO. Better to retain the positive control of a "three" key combo. =-=-= The ++/ movement of selection has been that way forever.
