We talk about the same, the mockup is just considering the new dialog (only
available in Impress so far). And in fact it is the same option that I just put
between others to safe space. In any case "between" would be before (disabled
for level 1) or after (disabled for l10) while the term "between" for sure is
easier to grasp (and IMHO better suited to before).

I'm happy that even one understands the problem I wanted to point on :-)

As "button name" I meant the content of the normal tooltip, so that this
term/phrase is available for both sides, even they have a different option set
for the tooltips.

It may look like this (short tooltip highlighted):
