[TCWG-617] Range extension thunks - Did some refactoring to allow addresses to be assigned to sections prior to Thunk creation -- In upstream review - Investigated lld's implementation of linkerscripts and found out that they will need some refactoring as well -- Need to assign addresses more than once -- Need to insert some thunks at precise points (Mips equivalent of inline veneers), need to make sure that linkerscript won't reorder the sections.
