I've finished my work on improving the list deliverability.  Let's see
if it actually works.  Here are the changes:

1) For outbound list traffic, change the From: header from:

From: Original Poster 

To:

From: Original Poster via linux 

2) In order to keep the same semantics where replies go to the original
poster by default, add this header:

Reply-To: Original Poster 

3) At the end, add a DKIM-Signature: header so that the message passes DKIM.

This test message should pass both SPF and DKIM and therefore shouldn't
end up in anyone's spam folder... at least, not if you're using a large
provider with a good filtering system.
