Y el 

HWADDR=00:15:60:0E:FF:A3

Según lo que se lee un los resultados de sus correos anteriores.

Pregunta, estas levantando la red con nerworkmanager o Ifup?

La solucion no seria deshabilitar un servicio, sino saber por que esta
haciendo eso.

Verificate las reglas de udev. En una de esas, quedo apuntando con
otra eth (/etc/udev.d). Requiere reiniciar udev o reiniciar el tarro.
