Re: Routing Q.
If you're using Red Hat, then http://www.redhat.com/support/docs/tips/Network-Config-Tips/Network-Config-Tips-4.html has what you need. Other distros have similar mechanisms. If not, your network init script should be a good place to look at. --izar Benji Selano wrote: Hi... how can I keep multiple permanent routes in Linux (same as /etc/defaultroute in Solaris) Benji = To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Aduva/LinuxQA Inc. Hi, It was posted here, so the best thing I can offer you is to search through the archives. There was one error that was corrected a little later on. You need to use PAP instead of CHAP. RE: ADSL prob.. anyone?
I don't know what your problem is, but I get the same messages as you do after running PPTP. As far as I understand, these are just debug messages. But, at least in my case, after these messages, I am in fact connected to ADSL. Try PING to see if you are connected. Catch 22 question
Hi. I want to install mod_ssl by rpm. The only RPM I could for mod_ssl requires rpm 4.0 (the one that comes with RH7). Now the interesting part: To install rpm 4.0 by RPM, I need... rpm 4.0. I don't want to compile rpm 4.0 and I don't want to compile mod_ssl. SO how do I get our of this catch 22 situation? (i.e. how can I use rpm 3 to install rpm 4.0?) - Aviram = To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
