And yes, I'm using Sylpheed when I mailing to this list - because from some
misterious reason Outlook refuses to send mails in plain text and HTML
mails pisses off most members of this list.

its been a while since i touched MS$ products, but if i am not mistaking, in
your options dialog, there's a tab called mail format, and there you are
able to choose HTML or text mail.

but if i am wrong, i just gave you another reason to dump outlook (other then
the obvious one with that virus)

as for exchange support for linux, there are several projects in development
at the moment :

No, I received a letter from a person that I'm trust.

Apparently this message contained a virus that forwarded
itself to everybody from my address book.

Apparently linux-il mailing list is protected from such viruses (I hope).

And yes, I'm using Outlook as my main mail reader. When somebody will develop
decent Exchange client for Linux (that will support all features of Outlook)
I will gladly use it. Meanwhile I have to use it to receive meeting appointments
and other similar stuff.

Michael, go to the doctor, ask for a strong anti-virus and a Bcc:

Outlook sends plain text emails OK for me. (Not that I am a fan of MS
products--at work, I have no choice...)

When somebody will develop decent Exchange client for Linux (that will
support all features of Outlook) I will gladly use it.

Doesn't Ximian do a (non-free) plugin for Evolution that lets it work
with Exchange?
