I also tried TAU's mirror but was not permitted access. Tried, as well, ftp2 for the Italian mirror and was unsuccessful. Yet I was able to open an ftp session to ftp.iglu.org.il. Perhaps the problem has gone away or maybe there is a problem with your configuration?
