check that your wrote debian with big D it happen to me that i write with a 
small one and i had the same problem.

I also tried TAU's mirror but was not permitted access. 
Tried, as well, ftp2 for the Italian mirror and was unsuccessful. 
The Brits /mirror.ox.ac. . is ok. 
 check that your wrote debian with big D it happen to me that i write with
 a small one and i had the same problem.
:-)) the first time it failed I got my wife to double check my spelling etc.

  I can't tell for sure because I didn't actually tried to run apt with
the IGLU mirror. Yet I was able to open an ftp session to 
ftp.iglu.org.il. Perhaps the problem has gone away or maybe there is a
problem with your configuration?
  This is not an official response as I am not involved in 
administrating the site.
