ip_conntrack: maximum limit of 16368 entries exceeded

2001-01-15 Thread rtviado

Hello,

I got this in my logs:

ip_conntrack: maximum limit of 16368 entries exceeded

what does this mean, I know i can change the limits in
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_conntrack_max, but I want to know what this is for.

P.S. I looked into linux/Documentation but did not find any mention of
this configrable parameter

reset_xmit_timer sk=c07929a0 1 when=0x3c61, caller=c01b68c5
reset_xmit_timer sk=c85d8360 1 when=0x3c87, caller=c01b68c5
reset_xmit_timer sk=c29309a0 1 when=0x3ce7, caller=c01b68c5
sending pkt_too_big to self

I think this is related to ne2k-pci driver.
