The trick was with bad reception indoors. I went testing to the balcony and framedrop dissapeared, and I get a clear picture. It seems that the Antenna is too weak in my apartment to have a clear signal. I am willing to test the device further, if any of the devs can give me further hints for that. It's still not in a full working mode. I mean video is somehow partially visible with VLC, but I am no expert in fine-tuning the device.
