 We should not ideally be linking this to j type DPLL perhaps? are'nt
 these 36xx series specific? do we need FEATURE_HAS_192Mhz_CLK? that way
 the future AM series/37xx series could also use this.

I will add FEATURE_HAS_192Mhz_CLK and put the code under this feature.
