[Linux-zigbee-devel] How to merge net-next on the raspberry pi kernel?

2014-05-12 Thread Cristiano
Hi,
I've fetched both the raspberry pi 3.14 kernel and net-next.
Instead of trying to merge the net-next master branch on the raspberry
pi rpi-3.14y branch (due to conflicts) I would try to checkout only the
linux-zigbee files from net-next master on rpi-3.14y as described here:

http://jasonrudolph.com/blog/2009/02/25/git-tip-how-to-merge-specific-files-from-another-branch/

What paths should I checkout from net-next.

Grazie,
   Cristiano

Hi.

Please forgive the off-topic reply, but I wanted to make sure it had not
escaped your attention that you might instead simply run the net-next kernel
directly on the raspberry pi.

I can't comment on the completeness of the hardware support, except to say
that I believe it's still incomplete, but maybe it's still an option for you.
It's working very well for me with an at86rf233 module.

Cheers
