[pfSense] Blocking non-SSL mysql traffic?

I am curious if anyone has though of trying this yet.

Looking at https://dev.mysql.com/doc/internals/en/connection-phase.html , it
would seem to be a process of tracking the connection contents up and until
a SSL handshake or "client response"

Is this in the capabilities of pfSense?
