This would be normal if you have ica running, if not some other vnc
service is using those ports.

I;m still can't connect to my client using iTALC :(
on my KIWI-LTSP client I can see italc icon on the traybar .. but I
still cannot connect to them :(

is it because i'm useing LTSP ?

start-ica should be automatically started when client logs in, you
should see italc icon in the traybar.

Make sure you are using the packages from server:ltsp repository.
