Hi Julien,

My 1st draft,

Yes, it is only a skeleton. Before I put flesh on the bones with all the
links etc. Is this okay as the template?

Regards,

Phill.

Re: [Lubuntu-desktop] Image files

2011-05-14 Thread Phill Whiteside
Hi Julien,

as was suggested in this thread earlier, 'Get Lubuntu' would be much easier
to maintain as one page. I can add the links for the manual testing of 10.04
to that area, add in 10.10 and 11.04 (both official and the unofficial 64
bit version), along with 11.10 test area. If you are agreeable to this, I'll
put up a sandbox page for you all to have a read of.

Regards,

Phill.

To avoid confusion, I told to the maintainer of the miror to take only
the official ISOs. However, we should add those type of "community" ISO
to the wiki, with the correct reference.

As you wish, I know it's adding for you an additional work, so you don't
need to maintain it. But if you want to still maintain the mirror, it's
OK for me :)

It's because the translations are not up-to-date in Lubuntu. It should
be fixed in the next version.

Thanks for the report. It's actually a real bug, see

Re: [Lubuntu-desktop] Image files

2011-05-14 Thread matthew byers
IMO, the more the better. I will be updating the wiki to reflect my download
location so the wiki will have three "Direct" download links on it. But i
feel we need to also update this to reflect on the website to show all the
available downloads. As of now if you go to lubuntu.net and hit "get
lubuntu" you will be downloading directly from gilir's link, (not torrent)
so i suggest we create another site page giving the various download links.
