This has now been fixed, and you should be able to download ISOs from
the ISO QA Tracker.

Note that I manually went in and fixed this for Lubuntu and other
flavors might not have a fix yet; I've pinged on #ubuntu-release and am
waiting for a response on that.

Yeah something's up with the tracker not behaving right. In lieu of
waiting for the release team (it is the weekend, after all), can find
the current ISOs here:
