I am looking for young energetic individuals who can provide IT support
(LAN and WAN infrastructure) in the field as well as to support a
proprietary information system (with training of course). If you have any

Unless there is a clear value for citizens and the bodas then I'm not
sure there is any point attempting the project at all.

Bodas are not the source of traffic congestion, regardless of what the
Kololo-living Land-cruiser driving government officials might think.
