systemd-cgtop?

But frankly, it doesn't show the data too reliably.

It seems to rely on reading data from /sys/fs/cgroup/ - maybe there are 
better ways to process it and come up with some meaningful data.

and/or inspect (monitor) fs operations on a container root-mount and additional
