Cannot find vezes.sty file
I just installed the most recent version of Lyx and when I tried to generate the PDF Lyx/MiKTeX requested the vezes.sty file. I updated MiKTex repositories and searched in CTAN, but I cannot find this file. Any ideas on how to solve this problem? The error presented by Lyx follows. Cordially, João Alberto Ferreira. Re: New APA6 Layout
Reporting further progress, after a bit of mucking around where I kept having problems, I seem to apa6 working with knitr to produce some nice (mock) analysis results using R www.r-project.org/. It also seems to work just fine with LaTex and knitr when used in RStudio. Still nothing very large but it's looking good. Glad to know there are updated packages for F17 available, too. Thanks for letting me know and for helping me with the memoir issue. - Reggi
RE: Insert->Float->Algorithm results in Latex errors
Hi, Updating memoir helped, it works now like a charme. Thanks a lot! I wonder however, how can Fedora distribute packages *that* old. Thx, Regi

This repository was put in place by Fedora texlive maintainer and the repository is a backport. For Fedora 18 (to be released in January) and newer the packages there are the default. -- José Matos

Does this mean I manually have to update my latex installation? Is there any way you can recommend, without re-compiling my whole software-stack? The whole situation is a bit sad, as I am sitting behind a ~100kBit/s GPRS line :/ Ugh. Well, if you have a laptop and can take it somewhere with better speed, you might want to try using the updated TeXLive repository, as described here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/TeXLive It takes a while to download it the first time, but then you should be OK. You can grab the most recent version from CTAN [1], unpack the files by running "latex memoir.ins" and "latex mempatch.ins" and then put them in you TEXMF home directory (usually ~/texmf/tex/latex/memoir). Run "texhash" afterwards to update the filename database. HTH Jürgen [1] http://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/memoir.zip

In exported XHTML, styles for some classes not defined.
In a simple Lyx document I have a program list box containing: Here is some code When I export via File->Export->LyXHTML the part corresponding to the above is: Here is some code Now earlier in the XHTML file some styles are defined, but not 'float' nor 'float-listings', as required by the above. Curiously there is a 'listings' style defined: div.listings { font-family: monospace; } And from a separate, and much larger, Lyx document that I exported to XHTML there is: div.float { border: 2px solid black; text-align: center; } Note the "text-align: center": in that document all the program listings are centered - which is NOT appropriate for my code snippets: they need to be aligned to the left. That document's XHTML also includes a style for 'listings', but again no definition for 'float-listings'. Perhaps the missing style for 'float-listings' will correct the alignment problem. Note that I am using 64-bit Ubuntu 12.10 and have Lyx version 2.0.6dev which I compiled from the source file lyx2.0_2.0.6~git20121225~quantal1.tar.gz All help gratefully received, Robert.
