I am trying to typeset some old study notes of mine - document consisting of
master document and several chapters, but I get the error mentioned in the
Subject:

The strange thing is that if I 'compile' each chapter on its own, everything is
fine, but attempt with the complete document yields the above error.
Any clue?
I'm using LyX-2.3.5.2 on Fedora (fc32) Linux, but same thing does happen with
2.4.0pre as well as with other TeX engines..
