Close tab with Middleclick

Hi all,

being used of that feature in many programs, I wondered if also LyX has 
some option (not found by me) to be able to close tabs by a middle
click of the mouse?
Or a trick to get both: a close button on each tab *and* a global one?

LyX 2.0.3 .layout file for LaTeX class apa6 ("American Psychological Association (APA), v. 6")

Hi all,

as other users of the currently in Debian 7 stable ('wheezy') included
version LyX 2.0.3-3 might also have a need for a current apa6.layout
file usable with this older version of LyX (to be able to use the
LaTeX APA style in version 6), I thought I'll just send it around (see
attached file).
Basically its the version out of the current LyX 2.1.1 source code,
where a few lines got commented and the "Format" was adjusted.
Although I am quite sure this is not 'the way' to do this, it still
does work for me, and maybe also for others. (Additional hint: you
might want to use "apacite, noextraspace" as option for the document
class in your LyX document settings)
