AGU article (SGML) setup
I am trying to get a publication ready for Geophysical Research Letters, an AGU journal. I would love to be able to use the AGU article (SGML) document class but no matter what I try I can't seem to find the right files to put in my LaTeX distro. Does anyone have any hints on this? I have AGU++ Manuscript and AGU++ JGR working but they are not the one that the LyX included template is built one. I use the SIunits package for latex to do all my units. It is a bit
cumbersome until you get the hang of it but then works great. I just
include it in the LyX preamble, here is what I use in the preamble for
siunits:

Using the AGU article template
Hello All , I am trying to figure out how to get the agu_article.lyx template to work. This looks like a fantastic template and using all the red tex like I did last time was no fun. The issue is: - I go to File -> new from template - select agu_article.lyx - I get a message that says The document uses a missing TeX class "agu-dtd". LyX will not be able to produce output. The issue is that I can't find this "agu-dtd" anywhere on google. Has anyone solved this problem or know where to get this file? In case it matters I am currently LyX 1.4.4 on WinXP and will be moving to Mac really soon. Thanks for any insight.
