Problem using nicefrac in lyx

When i use nicefrac in lyx, i receive this error message. I have downloaded
units, amsmath and amscls 2 package. Can anyone help me locate babel package
i need to download so that i can use nicefrac in my document

Error :

LaTeX Error: File `units.sty' not found.

Description : 

 \usepackage
   {babel}
*** (cannot \read from terminal in nonstop modes)
