It´s completely empty.
I think the whole problem was, that I put the
\renewcommand\thepage{\arabic{page}} and all my other useless trials just
behind the TOC instead of putting it at the beginning of the text. Though
it affected the last page of the TOC instead of the first page of the
normal text.
That´s called learning by doing for newbies.

I tried what you sent to me, deleted everything from my Latex-preamble,
changed the doc-style from koma-book to book and back, but it didn´t
work.
I´ve got a pagenumber at the last page of the TOC and the only way to
prevent this, was adding
\addtocontents{toc} {\protect\fancyfoot{}}
send the whole preamble
