You may have to restart LyX, since the macros (at the moment) are global 
to LyX and might not disappear just because you delete their definition. 
(I don't really know, but since you asked you probably had a problem with 
deleting them).

I had already tried it, but it does not delete the macro... well, at least
with the version installed on my computer (LyX 1.3.2). The definition
disappears, but it is still possible to invoke the macro.
