Just delete its definition in the LyX window. There should not be nothing more mysterious than that going around. I had already tried it, but it does not delete the macro... well, at least with the version installed on my computer (LyX 1.3.2). The definition disappears, but it is still possible to invoke the macro.

You may have to restart LyX, since the macros (at the moment) are global to LyX and might not disappear just because you delete their definition. Just delete its definition in the LyX window. There should not be nothing more mysterious than that going around. I had already tried it, but it does not delete the macro... well, at least with the version installed on my computer (LyX 1.3.2).
