Package frenchb.ldf Error: frenchb requires babel v.3.9i.

Hi,
on my pc:
- win xp
- lyx 2.1.1
when I try to obtain a preview (pushing the first button on teh left), I
obtzin the error in subject and no pdf file.

What do I have to do?
I think I have to install new version of babel. How can I obtain that?
