(In ERT) \nocite{*}
before you insert your bibliography
If you just want a printout of the bibliography, printbib will creat a .dvi
file from a .bib file. I don't have it on my system though, so don't know
what the output is like.

I have a hunch that we should remove some bibtex generated file. Lgb
