[M100] Fwd: Selling PG Designs expansion and Interactive Solutions ROM

2022-02-03 Thread Eric Miller
Hello fellow M100-ers,

I'm selling my PG Designs 128K Expansion and/or my Interactive Solutions
ROM. I thought I'd give the group a chance at them before going to eBay.
Both work. Full disclosure, Burt repaired a broken pin on the PG Designs
expansion. Burt's video is here:

Make an offer if interested. Buyer will also pay for shipping. I will
accept PayPal.

Thanks for your consideration.

I experienced display dimming when I connected a serial to usb cable
without adding a null modem adapter. My cable was also a Prolific cable. I
would suggest getting a null modem adapter or cable.

Re: [M100] Display goes blank when plugged into power adapter

Well, I feel silly. I tried it again and it’s working. Is it a mechanical
switch on the power adapter port that switches off the battery supply?

The power strip it was plugged into wasn’t plugged into the wall outlet!

[M100] Display goes blank when plugged into power adapter

2019-04-02 Thread Eric Miller
It was working fine last night. Today, the display goes blank when plugged
into power adapter. If it’s on battery power and displaying the menu, and
then I plug it in, it goes blank. If I plug it in and then turn it on, it’s
blank. Unplugging does not enable the display. I have to unplug and turn it
off and back on again.

Re: [M100] Directory Full error from DOS100 using LaddieAlpha

2019-03-13 Thread Eric Miller
Hi and thanks for responding. I’ll document the issue further tonight. Here
is what I recall.

I had six or seven files on the M102. The directory where I was running
LaddieAlpha had two files. Menu.ba and Inviso.ba - the files needed for PG
Designs rom expansion.

The copy of the console output from LaddieAlpha is from after switching
DOS100 from Ram to Disk. It may have been the output after removing the two
.ba files when I tried it a second time.

[M100] Directory Full error from DOS100 using LaddieAlpha

2019-03-12 Thread Eric Miller
Hi,

My first post.

I'm using LaddieAlpha and DOS100 to transfer files to my M102. Everything
appeared to be working last night. I transferred some files to my M102 and
to my laptop.

Tonight when I tried to view the file list on the laptop (Pressing F4
"Disk"), it started beeping rapidly and displayed "Directory Full". I had
to hit the reset to get it to stop. I removed some files both from the
subdirectory I'm running LaddieAlpha and on the M102. Rebooting my laptop,
etc.

Any ideas?

The console window on the laptop contained the following text:
