We've suggested this to the devs about 4 years ago but he does not want to
implement it.

Good luck.

Yeah you can't nudge audio with amadeus, if you can I can't figure it out. I
add silence for example to the second track then paste over the first track. If
You want to nudge work with garage band. Recardo Walker has some excellent
podcasts on garage band and how it works. Look up the apple to the core
podcast. It's very very good.

[Mac-access]: Changing font size

2015-04-01 Thread Ann Byrne
How do I change font size in Textedit? If I go to the combo box and
type in 14, nothing happens. if I type in 14and press enter, the 14
is appended to the text. If I select 14 and press enter, the number
appears in a little space all its own, and I have a hard time
returning to the text.

There must be an easy way

thanks,

Ann

2015-04-01 Thread Ben J. Bloomgren
I've had good luck with it. it's a very, very powerful site, so it may
appear very cluttered. I use forms with VO+U and move the rotor to forms.
Believe me. it's very doable. The only way it wouldn't be is if Google
pulled a Facebook and rejigged the whole bloody thing.

[Mac-access]: email help

2015-04-01 Thread Lovette Yewchan
Hi there.
I am a little confused.
I had some emails in a folder and now they are gone. They aren’t even in trash.
What could be going on?
Thanks.
Lovette

Re: [Mac-access]: Voice Dream Reader file backup

2015-04-01 Thread David Griffith
As I am currently on my Windows Machine I have to give instructions
based on the Windows version of itunes but it should be similar if not
identical to Mac iTunes.

If your phone is dying I thought it best not to wait until I am on my Mac.

Plug your phone into your Mac.
1. Open itunes.
2. Hit the iPhone Button.
3. Go to Apps on your phone.
4. Go to File Sharing.
5. In the list of File Sharing apps find Voicedream
6. In the list of Documents you will find one item called Library.
7. Hit the save button and select a folder location that you want to
save the Voicedream Library to.

I have just done this on my Windows machine and found a folder for each
book. Some of the files are Voicecream Specific but there are also
text and other readable versions of the documents there.

Thanks in advance
