Hi there! I know people who had an iPhone 4S with IOS 8.x and found the performance terribly sluggish. I myself have worked with an iPhone 5 with versions of IOS though not recent versions, think I sold my iPhone 5 when IOS 8.1 was around and it worked well. if you're offered the iPhone 5 for 80 pounds then to me that sounds perfectly reasonable. I'm now using an iPhone 5S having sold my iPhone, then upgraded to an iPhone 6 which I didn't like and then downgraded to an iPhone 5S which I do very much like. If I was to upgrade, which I have no plans to do at this time, I would go for the 5s at least, especially if the next major release of iOS is only going to work on 64 bit devices. George, If you are referring to the IOS update released last week, it is 8.3, not 8.03. I have never had VoiceOver say refreshing Content. It does somettimes say closing application name. Hi! You could also check in iTunes pref’s under general if retrieve songs names from the internet is checked! And under Advanced that the options to keep files organised is checked and Add songs to Media is also checked! My son is using the 5 which I gave him, and he is happy with the performance, and you know how kids are about social stuff and media. He is sighted though, so there may be a bit of difference in the usage between VO users and non-VO users. The camera on an iPhone 5 as 8MP, which is good for OCR and Barcodes, and the 5S camera is not really any better. For the price, I'd say go with it, as even if the update did not work, so what, nothing says you need to upgrade. So these CDs are definitely in my library but I don't know where the actual files are. I want to be able to get at those ripped files and play them on other devices. Is there any way of getting at them? Or is that just the way it works, does iTunes hide them away somewhere and we can't get at them? I would definitely buy a new or phone. The next version of the software that comes out will likely only run on 64-bit devices, so your iPhone 5 would be completely obsolete by the fall. [Mac-access]: HMA VPN Help
Hi all, Has anyone had any success on here using the Hide my A** VPN software under OSX? I've gotten it to work on my iPhone Five, my Android phone and my Windows computer, but the Mac has been elusive. I installed the Tuntap package as the site instructs, and it says it's been connected. But, whenever I try to use it at that point, it's as if my internet's down or something.
