Re: [Mac-access]: e-mail Closing on Reply

2015-01-15 Thread Gordon Smith
Hi

If you open the message by hitting enter on it, then reply to it, it will
return you to the message window upon sending the reply. This is design
philosophy. The work-around is to close the message and then hit Command+R.
That will induce behaviour to want.

Re: [Mac-access]: e-mail Closing on Reply

2015-01-15 Thread Sarah k Alawami
Actually that does not work. the hitting enter before opening the message. it
works, but the thread/conversation will still be open . If you have a thread
cmd r will not work unless you expand the thread with right arrow, down arrow
to the message, hit cmd r, reply then hit left arrow to collapse the thread.
