Yeah you can't nudge audio with amadeus, if you can I can't figure it out. I add silence for example to the second track then paste over the first track. If You want to nudge work with garage band. Recardo Walker has some excellent podcasts on garage band and how it works. Look up the apple to the core podcast. It's very very good.
