Re: [MacGroup] Command Key

2010-12-21 Thread Neal Hammon
If you like old times, I have three old keyboards, each of which shows
the apple and the four-leaf-clover (or whatever) on the same key. This
key is one to the right of the left option, and under the X key. I
suppose I could trade you one of these old keyboards for a newer one.

On a keyboard, I just call it the splat key.

2010-12-21 Thread Nolan Porterfield
I have (cough, cough) a Microsoft ergonomic keyboard. My excuse is that,
given my neurological problem, it's the only one that allows my left hand to
work on one side of the hump and my right to work on the other. My
question: is the Command key the one with the - excuse - Microsoft logo on
it?

How does one cancel playing music on iTunes? As far as I can tell it just
pauses. Sometimes when I reopen iTunes, it starts up playing right where I
left off when i clicked on the pause button.

 iTunes 10.1 (54) and MacOSX 10.6.6

Is it the key on both sides of space bar.

The Apple key is now known as the Command key. On recent keyboards it has
that four-lobed squarish cloverleaf symbol (⌘) on it.

I think I may have known once, but can you remind me which is the Apple
 key? Thanks.
