Yes, the new SE has the latest and greatest processor. Same processor as the
iPhone 11/11 Pro series.

Apple e Watch Phone Volume

2020-06-13 Thread Angus MacKinnon
Sorry. I have not seen the below.

I have a Cellular Apple Watch Series 5 with Watch OS 6.2.5. I used the Digital
Crown to call Siri and said “Hey Siri, FaceTime “Contact’s Name””. The Volume
was so low I could hear the Caller even with my ear near the Apple Watch
. Does anyone know how to increase the Apple Watch Volume for phone Calls?
Thank you.

Managing multiple homes in HomeKit?

2020-06-13 Thread 'Donna Goodin' via MacVisionaries
Hey all,

We are in the process of a sort of complicated house move. As a result, I
currently have two homes in HomeKit. (No, not a millionaire, yes this is
temporary.) Right now, HomeKit is connecting to the devices at my location, but
it thinks I'm at the other location. This could be because some of the devices
were brought from the old location to the new one. I have two questions:
1. How do I get HomeKit to correctly identify the home where I am??
2. Can I move HomeKit accessories from one home to the other without totally
resetting them?
TIA,
Donna

Working with Comments in Pages on the iPad?

2020-06-13 Thread 'Donna Goodin' via MacVisionaries
Hi all,

I’m playing around with Pages on the iPad, particularly how to work with
comments, and am hoping someone has the answers to a couple of questions.

1. Is there a keyboard command to insert a comment?
2. Is there a way to have VO read comments while in the Document body?

Thanks in advance for any help.
Cheers,
Donna

Yep, it’s a nice phone. The two issues that have kept me from getting one are:
1, I don’t think it will have as strong an upgrade path as the 11, and 2, Tim’s
point about the camera and AI.
