Re: touch I.D. and pass code

2020-09-26 Thread Gabe Griffith
The other thing you can do with the fingerprint ID is to set it to not require
your fingerprint if you unlock your phone in a certain amount of time. I think
it can be as little as 15 minutes or so or as much as 4 hours.

had touch ID or even a pass code but I set those up in IOS 14.01. in 12, if I
got a text message I could double tap the notification and it would open
messages and take me right to the selected message. this doesn't seem to happen
now that I have a touch ID. is there a way to go directly to the new message I
want to read or do I just have to open my phone or unlock it and then open
messages?

thanks.

2020-09-26 Thread sarai.bucciarelli
All:

I can no longer read the network channels under the discover tab on ATT
Watch TV app on Apple TV OS 14. I use to press discover tab then networks.
All the network channels would read. It appears to be unlabeled now. Any
work arounds?

Re: keyboard commands on a Mac

2020-09-26 Thread Brad Snyder
Hi Lorie,

You have 2 options that I can think of:

Option 1:
While holding down VO + CMD, press the Left-arrow key, which will change rotor
options until you get to either characters or words. Then while continuing to
hold down the VO + CMD keys, use the up or down arrows to navigate by the
selected option.

Option 2:
Assuming you are using a MacBook Pro or Air, turn on the trackPad commander
using VO plus a clockwise 2-finger rotor action on the trackpad. Then use the
rotor to select either characters or words, then use a one finger flick either
up or down to navigate by the selected option.

HTH.
